4c Executive is currently supporting Praxis Care in the appointment of a Director of Governance and Quality who will report to the Chief Executive and join a stable and driven senior leadership team.
The Director of Governance and Quality will design and implement Praxis governance and quality frameworks to ensure the development of an effective and integrated governance and quality function that assures safe and effective care for the people the organisation supports and all related companies/boards.
In order to be successful int the role, the Director of Governance and Quality will have significant leadership experience working in governance and quality roles within a care environment coupled with significant experience of leading and managing large teams.
