4C Executive Placement are a leading executive search company, advising and supporting clients across all sectors to identify and appoint senior leaders into a range of executive and non-executive positions. Crucial to our success is the development of a strong pipeline, generated through high-level outreach and engagement with current, lapsed and prospective candidates on a consistent basis.
The Sales Executive will support the MD and work across the team to identify potential client opportunities and proactively seek ways to connect and engage in order to secure meetings. The Sales Executive will maintain and update the CRM system on a timely basis to ensure opportunities are captured and tracked, as well as responding promptly to client requests for information and support in the drafting of tender and proposals. Additionally, the role holder may contribute to marketing activity and the coordination of client events.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a sales support or outbound lead generation role, a strong administrative background, experience of maintaining a CRM system, and a track record of consistently meeting key targets and deliverables. This is a part time role, envisaged to be 25 hours per week and the working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate.
