At the heart of our work is detailed qualitative research, using a range of sources and tools delivering focused and targeted research on the candidate landscape for senior leadership and executive roles.
The graduate researcher will work alongside the team, initially supporting in the delivery of researcher elements of key client projects, building their skills and knowledge to ultimately take ownership of the desktop research elements of projects.
To succeed in this role the successful candidate will have a strong academic record, preferably having completed a masters degree with experience of delivering qualitative research to a high standard, coupled with an interest in the local business landscape and a desire to learn more within this context.
Additionally, some experience of working in either a customer service or fast paced office environment and meeting high standards of expectations is desired.
Other key requirements include: Analytical with a problem-solving mentality, with the ability to assimilate vast amounts of information.
Planning and Organising - ability to manage multiple research projects concurrently.
Tenacity, an inquisitive nature and a willingness and ability to think laterally.
Attention to detail.
