4C Executive Placement are a leading executive search company, advising and supporting clients across all sectors to identify and appoint senior leaders into a range of executive and non-executive positions. We would be delighted to welcome a new Business Support Executive onto our team. The Business Support Executive will be a central member of the team providing support with a wide range of business administration activities to a consistently high standard to enable the delivery of projects to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for all customers (clients, candidates and visitors) of 4C Executive Placement, hosting visitors including the provision of refreshments and associated housekeeping duties. Effectively and professionally deal with enquiries from both current and speculative candidates as well as current and potential clients.
- Office Administration and Management: Accurate and timely production of documentation for clients including briefs, shortlists and CVs to the appropriate high standard. Accurately upload and maintain job vacancies on 4C's website and external job boards. Create and generate LinkedIn posts, consistently promoting 4C across social media. Receipt and acknowledge all job applications and maintenance of accurate CRM records. Request, collate and report equality monitoring information in line with Fair Employment Commission guidelines and Data Protection legislation. Support with general office management.
- Financial: Receipt and checking of purchase invoices and statements, ensuring accurate and timely upload to the finance system. Issuing of client invoices and follow up. Manage purchase enquiries from suppliers to ensure the timely payment of invoices.
Ideally we are looking for an individual with at least two years experience working in administration and within a busy office or customer service environment, delivering a high-quality administration function. Someone with excellent attention to detail and an ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines within a high-paced and dynamic environment. This role is ideally suited to an experienced individual who thrives working in a small but close-knit environment, who enjoys being part of a team and excels when working on their own initiative.
Salary: Salary negotiable and dependent on experience
Location: Belfast
Hours of Work: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday
