4c is proud to be partnering an exciting, dynamic and fast-growing organisation within the financial services sector, who following a recent MBO and with significant financial and capital backing, is looking to scale into new markets, delivering ambitious growth plans, whilst supporting the wider entrepreneurial landscape across NI, ROI and GB.

This organisation is the only independent provider of integrated working capital and structured asset based lending in Ireland, and as such can provide a truly tailored offering to SME and mid corporate level clients seeking to grow.

In support of these recent changes the organisation is seeking to make a key strategic appointment of a Credit and Risk Partner to its leadership team. The Credit and Risk Partner will not only support significant growth but ensure appropriate rigour and governance in relation to client onboarding, funding and potential exit strategies, through the development and implementation of risk strategies and corresponding policies and procedures.

This role requires a strong and credible individual with a track record of significant senior financial leadership, along with the gravitas to drive change and best practice. In addition, the individual will have the following experience:

1. Implementing and driving business changes to deliver growth
2. Monitoring, evaluating, and managing credit and operational risks
3. Strong understanding of collateral valuation and portfolio management
4. Implementing fit for purpose internal governance processes and procedures
5. Leading a high performing team and supporting their ongoing engagement and development
6. Track record of developing and sustaining a strong network of contacts.
