Significanth experience operating as a senior member of a finance team, contributing to both strategic and operational decision-making. Background in high-growth or scale-up environment, with a track record of building or strengthening finance functions and designing scalable processes, systems and controls. Strong capability in cashflow forecasting, working capital optimisation and long-term financial planning. Proven experience producing clear, accurate financial reporting, board packs and commercial insights for senior stakeholders, with the ability to interpret data to drive operational and strategic decisions. Experience partnering with trading, pricing or commercial teams, and interpreting the financial impact of hedging, market movements and commercial strategy. Strong relationship management experience with banks, auditors, regulators or compliance bodies. Hands-on leadership experience in environments where processes, governance and structures must be built, improved or professionalised.
