4C are partnering up with a leading tyre and automotive repair company with over 20 years of expertise in their field as they seek to appoint their next Managing Director for NI & ROI. Established in 2002 by a small team of three, our client has since grown and developed to 25+ sites spread across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, building its well-recognised reputation by delivering exceptional and honest customer service, outstanding staff engagement and retention and robust adherence to high standards of health and safety.
Following their recent acquisition, the business is now looking to recruit a Managing Director who will lead the company during their next stage of growth and development. The role holder will continue to build and drive the organisation whilst embedding robust processes across the business, championing world class customer relationship, staff engagement and driving sustained, data-led performance improvement across a complex, multi-site business.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and credible leader, with an innate passion for customer excellence, staff care and development and a genuine commitment to high levels of integrity and professionalism.
In addition, the successful candidate will also have:
- Proven senior leadership experience running a multi-site, operationally complex business with full P&L accountability, ideally within a complex environment whereby exceptional customer service and strict adherence to compliance standards is a pre-requisite.
- Demonstrable successful experience implementing standardised processes and proactively managing and instilling internal discipline.
- Demonstrable experience driving operational efficiency, utilisation and productivity in asset- or labour-intensive environments.
- Experience driving and managing growth and change, including integration of acquisitions or significant business transformation.
- Demonstrable experience working with boards and senior stakeholders, with the ability to present clearly and rigorously.
