4C Executive Placement is proud to represent FinTrU as it seeks a new Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal leadership role as the organisation enters its next stage of growth and development. FinTrU is a global financial institution providing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) services that ensure scalability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance, delivered through a tech-enabled solution backed by deep expertise. With a newly appointed Board and strengthened governance structures, the Chief Financial Officer will shape financial strategy, drive robust governance, and ensure the financial resilience of a growing international business.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this high-profile leader will oversee all aspects of financial management across FinTrU’s operations in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Portugal, and commercial offices in London and New York. The role holder will partner closely with the CEO and Board to deliver strategic recommendations that support commercial ambitions, long-term growth, and organisational maturity.
Responsibilities- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance that aligns with organisational objectives, governance requirements, and the long-term ambitions of the business.
- Strengthen financial, risk, and audit frameworks across all jurisdictions, ensuring robust compliance, including ESG and sustainability reporting.
- Lead the full spectrum of financial operations, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring high-quality insights that inform strategic, data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and controls, enabling scalability, operational efficiency, and organisational maturity.
- Build and lead a high-performing, multi-site finance function, developing capability and succession pipelines aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.
- The Chief Financial Officer will be an experienced and fully qualified accountant with demonstrable executive-level experience, ideally gained within a high-growth or regulated environment.
- An exemplar finance leader with gravitas, a clear and influential communication style, they will possess strong strategic judgement and exceptional stakeholder-management capabilities.
- A track record of managing finance operations in an international organisation, including treasury and FX management.
- Exposure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and data-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, risk management frameworks, and audit requirements.
