As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint a Senior Manager to play a key role in delivering high-impact work for our clients and supporting the development of our business.

The role
As a Senior Manager, you will:
Lead the delivery of complex programmes and projects, ensuring high-quality, value-driven outcomes
Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective governance and risk management
Contribute to business development, including identifying opportunities and supporting client growth
Lead and develop team members, providing clear direction and coaching
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a well-rounded consultant with strong delivery experience, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in the health and care sector.
Experience leading complex change within health and care, with clear, demonstrable impact
Strong programme and stakeholder management capability, with the confidence to influence at senior levels
Ability to analyse complex problems and develop pragmatic, evidence-based solutions
Commercial mindset, with an interest in supporting business development
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
A collaborative and adaptable approach, comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Working with us
Clarity operates as a remote-first organisation with a UK-wide team. Travel to client sites and events is a core part of the role, with some flexibility required.
