We partner with organisations to provide transformation, change and procurement solutions and to embed durable improvements that make a difference. We are seeking a Manager with expertise in Consumer Products to join our Retail and Consumer consulting team. You will lead and develop projects across the R&C practice, shaping the service offering to deliver measurable value to clients.
The Role
- You’ll lead end-to-end client engagements across Retail & Consumer, managing project teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- You’ll also help grow our offering through thought leadership, business development, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Retail & Consumer consulting engagements and client delivery
- Deliver procurement, change and transformation projects
- Drive procurement excellence and operating model improvements
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Support business development and thought leadership initiatives
- Coach and develop team members
- Contribute to growth of the Retail & Consumer practice
About You
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
- Experience in the retail and consumer sector, ideally across consumer products, is essential
- Procurement and strategic sourcing expertise
- Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
A blend of consulting and industry experience is desirable but not essential.
