We’re looking for a talented and motivated Junior Automation Developer to join our growing team at Anvil Analytical. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about low-code solutions, AI-enhanced workflows, and automation. You’ll contribute to internal and client-facing projects that streamline operations and deliver smart, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain low-code automation workflows using Copilot Agents, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Create Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, including prompt design, knowledge base integration, and output formatting.
- Support the development of Python scripts for data processing, integration, and automation tasks.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clear, structured specifications for discussion, iteration, and approval.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to identify automation opportunities across business processes.
- Document workflows, logic, and user guides for internal and client use.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in low-code platforms, automation, and AI tools.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of Python and willingness to learn more.
- Ability to interpret and work with financial data, with a solid understanding of how accounts are structured and key accounting terminology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and prompt engineering.
- Exposure to SharePoint and Dataverse.
