4C Associates is on the lookout for two individuals to join the team. We are looking for a strategic manager to lead energy sourcing workstreams for a major infrastructure client and a consultant with energy expertise to support this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins on complex projects that drive cost savings, resilience, and sustainability for major players in the sector.
What Youβll Do
- Lead energy procurement from strategy through execution β you own the workstream.
- Analyse energy markets, forecast trends, and shape data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate high-value energy contracts, from sleeving, PPAs to renewable options.
- Guide a small, high-performing team and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Champion sustainability initiatives within the procurement strategy and process.
- Keep compliance and reporting spot on, with a sharp eye on value and performance.
About You β Skills Sought
- Proven experience in energy procurement consulting or energy / infrastructure / regulated sectors .
- Deep knowledge of energy markets , supply contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
- A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder and supplier engagement skills.
- Team management and coaching experience is desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
