The role As a Consultant at 4C Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful projects across our client base. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement performance improvements, lead procurement and cost reduction initiatives, and manage workshops. Additionally, you will contribute to both internal and external strategic initiatives that enhance our service offerings. What we\’re looking for We are seeking individuals who bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a results-driven approach. Key skills and experience include: Proven experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with the ability to lead initiatives independently. Experience working in a public sector procurement environment is desirable. Negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical ability and proficiency in Excel. A collaborative and team-oriented approach to project delivery. Ambition and enthusiasm to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
