The predicted salary is between 30160 - 30160 £ per year.

Typical annualised earnings £30,160 (£14.50/h). Extra £1/h for unsociable hours and a 50p/h enhancement for all hours worked over 44 hours in a week. Pay rate during training £13.50/h rising to £14.50/h once released to depot.

Based at our Ecclesfield depot, located at Green Lane. Bus fleet of 58 buses covering Sheffield and Barnsley. You’ll be part of a team of 155 drivers helping people get to work, school, friends and family.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our fleet safely, smoothly with confidence.
  • Ensure every customer has a great journey and deliver top‑notch customer service.
  • Create a welcoming and respectful environment for all passengers, particularly those who rely on us most.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Follow shift patterns of 5 days out of 7 with a mix of early, middle and late shifts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 years and hold a PCV licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
