Shift pattern: Mon – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver safe, reliable and well‑presented vehicles
- Scheduling and prioritising vehicle maintenance and servicing activities
- Supporting team development, identifying training needs and fostering continuous improvement
- Quality‑checking vehicles after maintenance to ensure high standards are met
- Upholding health, safety and environmental standards in line with legislation and Stagecoach policy
Qualifications
- Relevant engineering experience, including mechanical, electrical and bodywork knowledge
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant engineering field (mechanical or automotive)
- Experience managing or supervising a workshop or technical team, and a strong understanding of PCV operations
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices and regulatory standards
- A people‑centred approach to leadership, with strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to plan, analyse and make confident decisions in a dynamic environment
