The role of Retail Sales Associate is key in delivering an exceptional, premium customer experience within a flagship environment. As a brand ambassador, you will drive sales through expert product knowledge, storytelling, and outstanding service, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the standards of the 47 brand.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced store environment, supporting key launches, events, and maintaining best-in-class visual and operational standards. You will play a key role in driving commercial performance through exceptional customer engagement, conversion, UPT, ATV and loyalty-building behaviours whilst delivering a premium brand experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience, providing personalised service and expert product knowledge to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, confidently communicating the 47 story, key collections, and collaborations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive key retail KPI performance including Conversion, ATV, UPT and Sales Per Hour.
  • Identify add-on selling and cross-selling opportunities through effective customer engagement.
  • Support the execution of product launches, campaigns, and in-store activations in line with flagship standards.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store always reflects brand guidelines.
  • Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation across all areas.
  • Replenish stock in line with business guidelines, ensuring availability of key styles and sizes.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and banking procedures where required.
  • Support stock control processes, including deliveries, transfers, cycle counts, and stock takes.
  • Support omnichannel initiatives including Click & Collect and digital customer journeys where applicable.
  • Capture customer insights and feedback to support trading and merchandising decisions.
  • Contribute to store profitability through effective stock management and loss prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
  • Attend and actively participate in training sessions, team briefings and development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including health & safety and security procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviours
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence and sales techniques.
  • Experience working with retail systems and POS technology.
  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build genuine customer relationships that drive repeat business.

Education and Experience
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics preferred.
  • Further education qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development through company training programmes.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for the 47 brand, product, and consumer.
  • Ability to perform basic numerical calculations.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Please note that this role is fixed term for 6 months.
