The role of Retail Senior Sales Associate is pivotal in supporting the leadership team in delivering a best-in-class flagship retail experience. Acting as a key holder and floor leader, you will drive commercial performance, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure the highest standards of customer experience, visual presentation, and team engagement. As a brand ambassador, you will bring the 47 culture to life through storytelling, product expertise, and an elevated service approach, supporting key launches, events and high-profile trading periods. You will play a critical role in driving sales, developing team capability, executing operational excellence and supporting the management team in achieving store profitability and strategic objectives.
