£25,430 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6C) Bristol or Sheffield – in this role you’ll be in the office full time, once you meet supervision standards you’ll then split your time between home and coming into the office at least 3 times a week.
We’re looking for a Community Talk Team Advisor to join our Estate Planning team here at Co-op Legal Services. It’ll be up to you to reach out and connect with community groups across England and Wales, co‑ordinating free Estate Planning talks that help people access information and support. You’ll build and maintain relationships with organisations and plan talks for our consultants to attend, playing a key part in promoting our services.

Our service offers free learning sessions, advice, and will‑writing appointments, allowing Co‑op Legal Services to do right by our communities.
What you’ll do
- Call and engage a variety of different groups and organisations
- Liaise with the Admin team to schedule talks for our Estate Planning consultants
- Maintain relationships with external group leaders, understanding the needs of different audiences
- Order and send infographics that will support our messaging within community groups
- Manage feedback from external partners and handle associated admin tasks
