We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership to create joint growth plans through product reviews, market insights, new ideas, and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse sales of key product groups and follow up with proactive suggestions to the team.
- Utilise Metsä Wood tools and reporting to analyse data and support responsible commercial decisions.
- Maintain effective use of the CRM system; review reports regularly and take action where applicable.
- Make proactive calls to hit targets (e. g., cold calls, discussing historical orders, load builds).
- Participate in bespoke training courses as required.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding stock availability, route planning, delivery, and communicating results back to the customer.
- Communicate special offers/promotions to customers and build internal relationships with Account Managers.
- Handle all incoming calls and queries; input orders; investigate and log issues for monitoring and improvement.
- Receive and process customer complaints through to resolution.
