Salary and Working Hours
Over £31,000 per annum (plus overtime). Training fully paid for 6‑8 weeks. 39 hours per week after qualification. 5‑day work over a 7‑day week.

About the Role
Working from the Chester depot, you will gain your PCV licence, undertake ongoing CPC training and drive our bus fleet safely and smoothly. You will also:

  • Drive safely, confidently and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to people of all ages.
  • Create a welcoming environment where passengers feel respected and cared for.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements
18 years old or older.
Valid full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
Right to work in the UK.
A patient, safe, courteous approach to driving.
A positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
