What you’ll do
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Guest Care and Treatments: You will provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, beauty treatments, facials, and nail polishing. This also includes retailing skin care products to guests, accurately completing consultation forms, and maintaining high standards in the treatment room following spa standards.
- Guest Requests: You will handle special requests from guests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods, as well as show intuition and empathy, especially when guests are celebrating special occasions.
What you’ll bring
- Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a Spa - at least 3 years, as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments.
- Qualifications: ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massage including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of treatments, contra-indications and skincare retail sales is desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
- Grooming: Immaculate personal grooming standards.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Qualification in Reflexology.
