As a Chef de Partie, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

  • You will be responsible for creating delectable dishes for our Wolfgang Puck restaurant, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • You will supervise the cooking personnel in your section and participate in menu planning while maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs.
  • You will fulfil special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests, and special occasions.

The operational hours of work are shift-based, and we would require flexibility.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Basic Culinary Knowledge: Ability to cook a range of dishes using various techniques (e.g., grilling, roasting, frying).
  • Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Time Management: Able to complete cooking tasks within the given timeframe during service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
