What you'll do
- As Reception Manager, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests.
- You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring the Host team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You'll have experience working in boutique hotels, delivering unique, tailored and personalised experiences to guests including butler services and concierge.
- You’ll also prepare the departmental budgets, including sales, costs and wages.
- Anticipate future guest trends & align service offering and enhance brand image and maximise short & long term profitability.

What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a London Boutique hotel as a Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager.
- Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented.
- Passion for the role and the team and unique personality.
- Ability to empower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
- Opera and Microsoft knowledge.
