What you'll do

As a Food & Beverage Management Graduate, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests. You will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels! You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Food & Beverage Division while shadowing our leadership team. You will spend 12 months in two of our operational departments (two rotations of 6 months each) such as our bar, restaurants, or with our Events Operations team; you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events. Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us. The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as: Monday to Saturday: 06:00 - 01:15, Sunday: 06:30 - 01:15.
