What you'll do

As a Chef de Partie, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests: You will be responsible for creating delectable dishes for our Wolfgang Puck restaurant, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will be entrusted with supervising the cooking personnel in your section, while also having the opportunity to participate in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs. All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Chef de Partie. The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Chef de Partie, but we will make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel. The operational hours of work are shift-based and we would require flexibility.
