As a Butler, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for welcoming guests on their arrival and hosting them throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are fully anticipated and met, with service of an exceptional standard.
- This will include liaising with the relevant departments to ensure that the room is fully prepared.
- Our Butlers must display a clear and comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, its facilities, and events across London, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subject to change. These are currently set as: Monday to Sunday: 7.30 am to 23.00 pm.
