What you'll do
As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests: You will be responsible for supervising personnel to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, maintaining food quality control and ensuring proper food rotation. This will include participating in menu planning and food production, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving food preferences and intolerances and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Junior Sous Chef.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and we would require flexibility.
