CUT at 45 Park Lane, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Junior Sommelier to learn from award-winning sommeliers through our renowned learning academy and to help craft exceptional wine experiences for guests.
You'll assist with wine service, advise guests on selections, keep stations tidy, and support a luxury service team during 2 PM–11 PM or 12 PM–10 PM shifts, in a high-end environment that values hospitality, collaboration and continuous development.
