What you'll do:

As an Evening Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests. You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuitive, and flexible during the evening. This will include an eye for detail, thoroughness, and hygiene, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Evening Room Attendants.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subject to change. These are currently set as: Monday to Sunday 12:00-23:00.

What you'll bring:

  • Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a 5-star hotel/apartments - at least 1 year, as a room attendant performing light, deep cleaning duties in the hotel and public areas and turndown services.
  • Verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • The ability to work on your own.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and endurance.
  • The ability to organise your time and workload.
