As Demi Chef de Partie, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests. You will be responsible for daily food preparations, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence; taking orders from Chef de Partie’s and giving tasks to Commis Chefs and checking they are carried out in the correct manner; sampling, smelling, and observing food to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You will also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
