As a Residential Concierge at Mayfair Park Residences, you will be the trusted point of contact for our residents, delivering a service that is as personalised as it is seamless. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and discreet environment where residents feel fully supported and valued. In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding their preferences and tailoring services to meet their individual needs.
- Act as the main liaison between residents and the Building Manager, ensuring all communication is handled with professionalism and care.
- Respond promptly and accurately to resident requests, offering assistance with everything from local reservations to in-home support services.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including the distribution of mail and parcels, maintaining delivery logs, and ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Assist in the presentation of properties to potential tenants, working closely with the management team to showcase the Residences.
- Manage requests such as commissioning handyman services, logging maintenance issues, arranging parking, and coordinating building access.
- Offer flexible and thoughtful solutions to resident requests and resolve daily operational challenges with discretion and initiative.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury residential or hospitality environment.
- Understanding of the London concierge landscape and the ability to provide residents with informed, helpful recommendations and arrangements.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail in managing administrative duties and resident requests.
- Comfortable acting as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, including residents, building management, and service teams.
- Fluent in English, with clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Naturally warm, composed, and professional when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a residential concierge, hotel front-of-house, or guest relations role.
- Knowledge of property services, maintenance coordination, and front desk technology.
- Familiarity with luxury service expectations and experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
