What you'll do

As a Casual Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuitive, and flexible during their day.
  • This will include eye for detail, thoroughness and hygienic, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Room Attendants.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as: Monday to Sunday: Between 9am-9pm.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel/apartments/residences - at least 1 year, as a Casual Room Attendant performing light, deep cleaning duties.
  • Verbal communication skills; English is the primary language used in our hotel.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • The ability to work on your own.
  • Customer service skills.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and endurance.
  • The ability to organise your time and workload.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Carrying out dusting, vacuuming, mopping, steaming and ironing laundry and organising wardrobe, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, bed making and teamwork.
