What you\’ll do
As a Butler at 45 Park Lane, you will be at the heart of creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests. Your primary role is to welcome guests, ensure their suite is perfectly prepared, and attend to their individual needs throughout their stay. This includes:

Guest Welcome and Suite Preparation: Warmly greeting guests upon arrival, handling in-room check-ins, and ensuring suites are impeccably presented.

Personalised Guest Service: Anticipating and fulfilling guest requests with discretion and attention to detail, from unpacking luggage to arranging bespoke experiences.

Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with departments such as Housekeeping, Room Service, and Concierge to deliver seamless service.

Knowledgeable Service: Possessing excellent knowledge of the hotel, its facilities, and current events and locations around London to enhance the guest experience.

Hospitality Excellence: Ensuring that every interaction is conducted with the warmth, precision, and care synonymous with The Dorchesters legacy.
You will be working on a seven-day rota,You will receive two days off per week and will be required to work on bank holidays as part of the rota.
What you\’ll bringEssential Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a Butler role or high-profile guest service position within a luxury 5-star hotel or similar high-end setting.

Exceptional guest service orientation, with the ability to anticipate needs and personalise experiences.

Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Thorough understanding of service protocols, etiquette, and professional presentation standards.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Flexibility to work a variable shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
