What you’ll do

As an Evening Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests: you will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuition, and flexibility during the evening. This will include eye for detail, thoroughness and hygienic practices to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set‑ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Evening Room Attendants.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These are currently set as: Monday to Sunday: 12:00 – 23:00.

What you’ll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel/apartments – at least 1 year, as a room attendant performing light, deep cleaning duties in the hotel and public areas and turndown services.
  • Verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • The ability to work on your own.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Physical fitness and endurance.
  • The ability to organise your time and workload.

Preferred Skills

  • Carrying out of turn down service, public areas attending, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, reorganizing, steaming and ironing, descaling, bed making, maintenance reporting and teamwork.
