As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- You will be responsible for supervising personnel to ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, maintaining food quality control and ensuring proper food rotation.
- This will include participating in menu planning and food production.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving food preferences and intolerances and even special occasions.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and we would require flexibility.
