As a Chef de Partie, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests. You will be responsible for creating delectable dishes for our Wolfgang Puck restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will be entrusted with supervising the cooking personnel in your section, while also having the opportunity to participate in menu planning and to maintain budgeted food and recipe costs, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off‑menu requests, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Chef de Partie.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Basic Culinary Knowledge: Ability to cook a range of dishes using various techniques (e.g., grilling, roasting, frying).
- Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
