We have multiple apps in development at any given time, running like mini‑businesses within the company. Your job as a Product Designer is to take full ownership of one of our new flagship products — shaping how it looks, feels, and works from start to finish.

This role is for designers who crave autonomy and want to work in a close‑knit, fast‑moving team.

What to expect

Designers at 44pixels stay very close to the craft while maintaining a strong understanding of what we’re trying to accomplish as a business. We move quickly, debate hard, and measure what matters.

This role touches every stage of the product process: from early sketches and ideas, to research and design exploration, prototyping with AI, and shipping features that real people use every day. You’ll design not just the core product experiences, but also the experiments that drive growth and revenue.

You’ll work closely with a Product Manager on day‑to‑day decisions, alongside engineers, data specialists, and marketers who help bring your ideas to life. You’ll also have regular conversations with the executive team to help shape direction.

As an early‑stage company, you have the chance to make an outsized impact on both the products you build and how we operate as a team.

Role requirements

• Multiple years of relevant design experience
• A portfolio showing you’ve designed and shipped high-quality consumer products (mobile experience a plus)
• Experience working in cross‑functional product teams
• Note: while this position is for a Senior Product Designer, we also welcome more experienced designers to apply as we will evaluate your skills and fit throughout the hiring process and negotiate an appropriate role based on that.

Salary: £80,000 – £85,000
