To sustain our velocity, we’re embedding AI into how our company operates — and we’re hiring our first AI Growth Builder to lead this transformation from the inside.

We believe AI should power our internal teams just as much as it powers our products.

This role is not about research or strategy. It’s about shipping tools that work , removing friction from how we operate, and helping every team — growth, product, marketing, ops — move faster and smarter.

You’ll act as a leader for automation: spotting inefficiencies, rapidly prototyping AI-first solutions, and scaling what helps.

What You’ll Do

• Direct impact on the company’s most important KPIs/OKRs
• Identify high-impact internal workflows that can be improved or replaced with automation
• Build and ship internal tools using a mix of AI tools (LLMs, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain), scripting (Python, JS), no-code (Zapier, Retool, Make, n8n), and custom logic
• Connect systems like Firebase, Stripe, Bigquery, Lightdash, Slack, Google Sheets, and more
• Work embedded with teams to understand their pain points and deliver solutions they’ll actually use
• Track outcomes (time saved, workflow speed, adoption), iterate on what works, and sunset what doesn’t
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging tools, models, and frameworks — and deploy them pragmatically

What You’ll Own

Internal Automation Agents & Tools

AI-powered flows that replace repetitive tasks — onboarding QA, creative tagging, alerting, auto-responses, and more

AI Tooling for Growth & Ops

Self-serve tools and automated workflows for marketers, product managers, and UA teams to generate campaigns, brief creatives, launch experiments, and monitor results

System Integrations

APIs and connectors across internal and third-party systems to sync data, trigger events, and create visibility where it matters

Feedback & Intelligence Loops

Slackbots, dashboards, and prompts that capture team feedback and turn invisible effort into trackable value

Who you are

• entrepreneurial experiences is a must – this role is suited for self starters who can operate in ambiguous environment and have complete ownership of the process.
• 2–4 years of experience building automation or internal tooling in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in using and combining tools like LLMs, LangChain, Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n, LLMs, etc.
• Able to wire APIs, script logic, and ship lightweight MVPs that solve real problems – vibe coding or AI assisted development
• Obsessed with speed and leverage — you prefer scrappy systems that work over perfect ones that don’t ship
• Excited about everything AI, keep up with recent trends and tools — and know when to use it and when not to
• Bonus: you’ve shipped internal tools that got adopted or automated your way out of repetitive tasks
