We are seeking highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Eljays44 team in Truro, Cornwall. Do you have a passion for sales and a natural talent for persuasion? Are you a confident and engaging communicator with experience in telephone sales? If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Manager for our exhibition company! We are a fast-growing and innovative company in the tradeshow and exhibition industry, and we are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our sales team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and selling our range of services to exhibitors and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate new business
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Knowledge of the tradeshow and exhibition industry is an advantage but not essential
