433 Football Academy is expanding its specialist post-16 SEND provision and is looking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic teachers to join our team.
We are seeking teachers who are passionate about education and committed to helping young people with additional needs achieve their potential. This is an opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a setting with excellent facilities and a strong focus on individual progress.

About you:
We welcome applications from experienced teachers and early career teachers. You will have a positive, flexible approach to teaching and be committed to meeting the needs of learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
You will be able to adapt your teaching to suit individual learners, build positive relationships, promote independence and confidence, and work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing is essential.
Applicants should hold QTS or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification for the role. Experience of working with learners with SEND would be an advantage.
Hours and salary
Full-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 am–3:00 pm, with Wednesday dedicated to PPA.
Part-time: Working hours negotiable.
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
