We’re hiring a Digital Content Specialist to join our growing and talented team at 43ClicksNorth. You’ll be planning and writing well‑produced, engaging content for both the agency and our clients, working across SEO, Paid Media, Content and Conversion campaigns to help audiences engage, capture interest, and drive action.

Key highlights of the role:

  • Hybrid & flexible working: 2 days per week in our Hull city centre office, 3 days remote
  • Collaborate with our studio, strategy, and paid teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns

  • Salary starting from £26,000+, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will:

  • Produce well‑written, engaging content within brand guidelines that is sensitive to the needs of digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO)
  • Maximise and report on the impact of content for clients, within digital channels
  • Work with our SEO, Paid Media, Conversion and Studio teams to define content pieces that have a real impact for clients
  • Champion and surface new ideas, trends and opportunities for clients
  • Help to manage the production and delivery of content projects, from idea generation to completion
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the content produced takes into account all necessary disciplines, and isn’t one‑dimensional
  • Liaise and communicate with clients regularly via email, conference calls and face‑to‑face meetings as required
  • Excel in writing quality content pieces that have a real impact
  • Demonstrate an awareness of deadlines and the ability to meet them
  • Review client feedback and act on it in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Show impeccable attention to detail

Qualifications & Skills

Required skills and experiences:

  • Outstanding English language skills, both written and spoken, with accurate spelling, grammar, and proofreading
  • Excellent skills in research and fact‑finding for content pieces
  • Experience using SEO research tools
  • A good understanding of how SEO works
  • A good understanding of content marketing
  • The ability to manage work to set timings/budgets
  • Excellent project management skills
  • An ability to spot opportunities based on current events and react to the market
  • Experience in a client‑facing environment
  • Be a self‑starter, proactively spotting opportunities to share with the team

Advantageous experiences:

  • Worked within a fast‑paced digital marketing agency environment
  • Worked within a search/digital marketing environment
