Salesforce is seeking a highly experienced Account Executive to join our Agentforce and Data Cloud Specialist Sales team, focused on Nonprofit organizations. This role is designed for sales professionals who combine deep technical expertise with exceptional business acumen and a passion for helping customers transform engagement through AI and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion opportunities for Agentforce Nonprofit accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with Salesforce account teams to identify opportunities and accelerate Agentforce and Data Cloud adoption across existing and new customers.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges, technical environments, and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate how Agentforce or Data Cloud can address customer needs through scalable, outcome-focused solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and Points of View (POVs) that resonate with both business and technical audiences.
- Articulate how Salesforce's broader platform—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce—creates differentiated customer value.
- Source and qualify opportunities that align with Salesforce's ideal customer profile and growth objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Product Specialists, Customer Success, and core Account Teams to deliver a seamless "One Salesforce" customer experience.
- Align proposed solutions with customers' long-term business and technology strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity progression throughout the sales cycle.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to position AI-driven and data-powered solutions as strategic business investments.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive enterprise or commercial B2B technology sales experience in highly technical solution‑selling environments.
- Experience selling into Nonprofit organisations.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience conducting executive‑level business discovery and translating customer requirements into technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Experience selling AI‑driven customer engagement, analytics, cloud, data, or platform solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language: Spanish, Italian, French or German.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of agent‑based platforms, automation workflows, API integrations, and AI‑driven business processes.
- Ability to articulate how autonomous agents integrate with existing business systems and workflows.
