Salesforce UK Limited is seeking a Director of Customer Success for Signature Success across the EMEA Nonprofit portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team of CSMs, align resources, and drive adoption and value realization for enterprise nonprofit customers using Salesforce.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success to deliver strategic outcomes, manage capacity planning, and influence executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and proactive enablement content.
