The Agentforce Revenue Management Solution Engineer (SE) acts as a high-impact technical architect, strategist, and trusted advisor to enterprise customers. This role focuses on transforming revenue lifecycles by leveraging advanced Salesforce technical skills to architect scalable solutions, build demos and proofs of concepts, and deploy AI-driven automation via Agentforce. You will partner with Account Executives, product teams, and partners across the UK&I region to demonstrate the value of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Discovery & Architecture: Lead deep-dive technical discovery sessions to understand a prospect's enterprise architecture related to Quote to Cash, identify data silos, and design scalable integration patterns for the revenue lifecycle.
  • Agentforce & AI Deployment: Build and deliver demos using Agentforce to show how autonomous agents can streamline, automate, and optimize core business operations and revenue workflows.
  • Technical Sales Execution: Serve as the technical authority during complex enterprise sales cycles, manage architectural reviews, resolve technical objections, address security queries, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Product & Engineering Liaison: Translate customer requirements and feedback to product management, acting as a technical evangelist for core platform and Agentforce innovations in the UK&I market.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory
    • Education: Computer studies degree or equivalent experience.
    • Core Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience designing, building, or demonstrating solutions on the core Salesforce Platform with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security controls, and Flow automation.
    • Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex software architecture, API integrations, and AI models into clear, value-focused narratives for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred (Non-Mandatory)
    • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application/System Architect) or AI-focused credentials; familiarity with Agentforce is advantageous.
    • Experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), CPQ, CLM, billing systems; enablement on Agentforce Revenue Management will be provided.
    • Familiarity with modern integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, MuleSoft).
