Position Sales Strategy Analyst – UKI Core Sales Strategy team.

Responsibilities

  • Support business partners and sales leaders across the UKI Core business.
  • Drive day‑to‑day execution including forecasting, pipeline analysis, AE productivity tracking, and business reviews.
  • Develop dashboards and tools that uncover performance trends and new opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of business performance to support operational decisions and identify growth levers.
  • Partner directly with senior UKI leadership, contributing to the operating rhythm, quarterly reviews, and strategic projects.
  • Provide analytical support and recommendations that influence leadership decisions.
  • Prepare data‑driven insights, analysis and presentations that guide business strategy.
  • Support or lead ad‑hoc initiatives that have high visibility and impact across the UKI Clouds organisation.
  • Assist in defining and operationalising go‑to‑market strategies, including segmentation, capacity modelling, and coverage design.
  • Ensure execution excellence across planning and performance cycles.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes.
  • Implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and data quality across reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business analytics and sales operations/strategy, ideally in a SaaS or high‑growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL (Snowflake a plus).
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
  • Ownership mindset – proactive, detail‑oriented, results‑driven.
  • Growth mindset, entrepreneurial energy, able to thrive in a high‑paced environment.
  • Can work from London office at least 3 days per week.
