We are seeking an experienced sales leader to own and grow the UK segment of Salesforce Informatica’s data management solutions, focusing on Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security. This role reports directly to the UK Specialist Sales Director and carries the strategic weight of a sector lead.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the UK segment, acting as the strategic owner of the territory and driving the pipeline from prospecting through to close.
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and IT leaders across diverse industries, translating complex data challenges into high‑impact business outcomes.
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and strategic partners to deliver seamless customer outcomes and maximize deal value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within Salesforce CRM using the MEDDPICC methodology and articulate the value of data integration, quality, and governance as the foundation for AI‑driven business transformation.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record of quota‑carrying sales experience within data management software, with a history of overachievement.
  • Established network of local contacts and demonstrated ability to navigate varied organizational structures across multiple industries.
  • Traceable experience managing complex sales cycles up to C‑level executives.
  • Professional fluency in English and based in the UKI with willingness to travel to London.
