Job Overview
Lead Employee Success (ES) Consultant, based in London, partner closely with ES teams, Employee Relations, People Services & Operations, Compensation, Mobility, Recruiting, and Talent Development to coordinate, roll out and execute ES programs and initiatives that support business needs of the organization.
The role delivers business value to the UK & Ireland team, supports managers and employees, and leads ES projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring people strategies support business needs.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and a high‑performance culture.
- Support the business through transformation and change, including reshaping, growth, acquisition, and reorganization.
- Work directly with managers to resolve medium to complex issues, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Use business and country insights and best practices to influence, coach, enable, and support people leaders and teams through complex ES topics.
- Serve as a project lead for ES programs, managing objectives, timelines, communication plans, and measuring to successful completion.
- Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover, and provide data‑driven insights.
- Use HR analytic tools to make data‑driven business decisions and provide narratives to leaders on overall organizational health.
- Support digital transformation efforts from ES operations, such as AI‑driven recruitment and process automation.
- Partner with ES Operations on knowledge transfer and resolving root‑cause service delivery issues affecting employee and manager experience.
- Lead initiatives with COEs and PS&O peers to identify scalable work that can be improved through automation or process redesign.
- Mentor and onboard others across the ES organization, coaching them through initiatives.
- Apply HR knowledge specific to relevant countries, including Labour Relations, Works Councils, and Unions where applicable.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Proven track record of AI fluency through designing and implementing AI‑enabled process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to support a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑starter, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and proven change‑agency.
- Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; concise and impactful communicator.
- Strong analytical skills: collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data; transform trends into actionable themes.
- Strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets and Slides) or similar spreadsheet and presentation software; Workday and Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to partner with COEs to design, build, and implement programs and processes that support business needs.
- Skill in delivering difficult feedback, coaching leaders through challenging scenarios, and facilitating team discussions.
- General knowledge of employment policies, practices, staffing, compensation, and talent‑management best practices.
- Experience partnering with Labour Relations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure employment legal compliance.
