About the Role

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where agents drive customer success together.

We’re looking for a Trailblazer to sell the full Salesforce product portfolio into the Energy and Utilities sub‑verticals, partnering with strategic enterprise customers as part of our industry sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce’s solutions with customer business objectives across Energy & Utilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions addressing industry challenges, including AI‑driven insights and operational efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets, contributing to overall growth within the Energy and Utilities vertical.

Essential Qualifications

  • Extensive experience selling enterprise software at scale, managing large and complex deal values.
  • Deep understanding of the Energy and Utilities industry and the business challenges customers face.
  • Ability to communicate the value of Salesforce’s solutions clearly to business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross‑functional teams to drive results in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder sales cycles involving IT and business decision‑makers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce’s product portfolio and its application to industrial or operational use cases.
  • Experience selling into relevant industries.
  • Experience working with or alongside advisory or systems integration partners to close complex enterprise deals.
