We are hiring a dedicated Account Executive for the UKI Sales team to sell Tableau® solutions to large enterprise accounts in the banking and financial services sector. You will develop and execute account plans, build relationships with C‑level executives, and drive GTM strategies to expand opportunities within each account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strong prospecting strategies to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Define and craft detailed account plans to identify and map out business opportunities for expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and industry subject‑matter authority, building significant relationships with C‑level stakeholders and key influencers.
  • Qualify and understand customers’ critical business issues, leading value‑driven conversations that articulate ROI and impact.
  • Partner with virtual internal teams to build tailored roadmaps and strategic plans, integrating them into the sales process as needed.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce counterparts on joint enterprise solution sales to close opportunities.

Key Qualifications

  • Several years of quota‑carrying sales experience successfully closing 6‑7 figure multi‑year license agreements within financial services.
  • Proven track record in enterprise software/SAAS sales to banking or financial services clients across multiple business areas.
  • Experience selling into C‑level customers and managing cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication and networking skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, staying abreast of market trends and customer needs.
  • Understanding of the analytics and BI industry is desirable.
