Responsibilities

  • Complete Stagecoach’s industry‑leading training programme and secure a PCV licence, followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development.
  • Safely and confidently drive the fleet of buses covering early, middle, late, 4‑day week, and flexible shifts.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service, welcoming passengers, answering queries, and ensuring a safe, respectful journey.
  • Create a welcoming environment for all passengers, especially those who rely on the service most.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days residency).
  • Patient, safe, courteous driving approach.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
